The Court made the following Order:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.
This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents herein particularly the respondent Nos.4 and 5 in illegally interfering and threatening to dispossess the petitioner from the subject property admeasuring an extent of Ac.2.03 cents of agriculture land in Sy.No.366/5 situated at Nellimanda Village, Somala Mandal, Chittoor District, without considering the petitioner’s representations dated 16.10.2025 and 06.01.2026. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 08.03.2026 submits that as per the revenue records, the petitioner is entitled only to an extent of Ac.0.68 cents in Sy.No.366/5, which was divided among the petitioner and his siblings. The field verification revealed that the petitioner is not in possession of the said land and he is found to be in occupation of other lands in Sy.No.366/4 and 366/5 of Nellimanda Village, Somala Mandal. Hence, the claim made by the petitioner over an extent of Ac.2.03 cents in Sy.No.366/5 is not correct and maintainable as per the revenue records. 4. In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner’s representation dated 16.10.2025 has not been disposed of so far

The said written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 08.03.2026 shall be made as part of the Court record. 6.
