PER, PARTHA SARATHI SEN, J.: 1. Parties are represented through their respective learned counsels. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner, at the outset, submits that disciplinary proceedings were the subject matter of challenge before the Tribunal. The Tribunal declined interference and ad interim order granted earlier was vacated and the petitioner prayed for stay of disciplinary proceeding. In the meantime, in the said disciplinary proceeding, the punishment order has been passed on 12th April, 2024. Therefore, this petition has rendered infructuous and petitioner may be 2 given liberty to assail the said punishment order in appropriate forum. The other side has no objection. 3. Accordingly, petition is disposed of by reserving liberty, as prayed for. 4.
