The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Purvi Tundi P.S. Case No.11 of 2025, for the offence registered under sections 316(4)/316(5)/318(4)/338/336(3)/340(2)/61 of the BNS, 2023 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has wrongly been implicated in this case and further the petitioner has received notice under Section 35(3) of BNSS, 2023 and even the petitioner has not prepared any document with regard to the forest land. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR. 5. Considering that the petitioner has replied to the aforesaid notice under section 35(3) of BNSS, 2023, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before the learned court within two weeks. 6. The learned court concerned will release the petitioner above named on such terms and conditions and surety as the learned court may deem fit and proper. 7. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
