The petitioner has filed the present petition for reviewing the order dated 07.01.2026 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 6707 of 2025. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that after passing of the order dated 07.01.2026 by this Court, the applicant has filed WP227 No. 262 of 2026 wherein the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated BHUMIKA ANGARE Digitally signed by BHUMIKA ANGARE Date: 2026.03.23 17:01:01 +0530 2 02.03.2026 has stayed further proceedings, as such, she would pray for review of the order dated 07.01.2026. 3. Since, WP227 No. 262 of 2026 has been filed subsequently and on the date of passing of the order dated 07.01.2026 in WP(C) No. 6707 of 2025 no petition was pending, therefore, it may not be a ground to review the order passed by this Court. In view of well settled position of law that unless and until an apparent mistake is reflected on the face of the record, the ground for review is not permissible. Even otherwise this Court has not decided the issue on merit but has directed the Rent Control Authority, Korba shall decide the case expeditiously.
