Along with the reply the respondents, all of whom are officials, they have come up with a disclosure of an order No. 09 of 2025 dated 03.12.2025 which is subsequent to the institution of the present writ petition and, therefore, constrains the petitioners to seek withdrawal of this writ petition with liberty to file fresh one so as to assail the subsequent course of action so effected at the end Sr. No. 157 Supp. 3 of the official respondents whereby prejudice is being sought to be caused to the property of the petitioners forming subject matter of the writ petition. 3. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted to file fresh one with a condition that a certified copy of the present writ petition also to accompany the writ petition which the petitioners at their discretion now intend to file by availing leave of this Court. 4.
