Petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass an appropriate order or issue writ and direct the respondent authorities to correct the seniority list by counting the service of the petitioner from the initial date of appointment and further direct the respondent authority to prepare the fresh seniority list, in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass an appropriate order or issue a writ directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before the competent authority, and further direct the respondents to consider and decide the said representation strictly in accordance with law within a stipulated time frame, in the interest of justice. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass an appropriate order or issue writ as deemed fit under the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. After arguing for sometime, counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner may be permitted to submit fresh comprehensive representation before respondent no. 7 and in turn, direction be issued 3 to Respondent no. 7 to take decision on representation to be submitted by petitioner at the earliest within specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, without commenting any thing on the merits of the case, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage permitting petitioner to submit fresh comprehensive representation before respondent no. 7 and in the even petitioner submit such representation, it shall be considered and decided by respondent no. 7, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 04 months from the date of receipt of the order passed by this Court. 5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Certified copy as per rules.
