Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to verify the status of the petitioner No. 1 institute and if upon verification the same is found to be a recognized institute, the respondents shall update the status on the website in the list of recognized institutions within 4 weeks. Thereafter, communication to this effect shall be sent to the affiliating body as well as the Department of Higher Education, Government of Gujarat, within a period of 2 weeks from the date the status is uploaded.
