1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:
“A. This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue an appropriate writ,
2 thereby directing the respondent authorities to release the salary of the petitioner for the period from 18.10.2022 to 05.09.2023 with interest and all the consequential benefits; E. Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in favour of the petitioner may kindly be passed”
2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner while in service was not paid salary for the period from 18.10.2022 to 05.09.2023, against which the petitioner had submitted representation before respondent No. 4 and 6 on 05.03.2025 which till date is pending
consideration, therefore, direction be issued to respondent No. 4 and 6 to take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner, at the earliest, within specified time frame.
3. Counsel for the State submits that as the petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking a direction to respondent No. 4 and 6 to take decision on the representation, he is having no objection.
4. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for parties, the writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No. 4 and 6 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within further period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.
5. With the aforesaid observations and direction, this petition stands
