The present Second appeal has been filed by the defendantsbeing aggrieved by the impugned judgment and decree dated 27.01.2017 passed by Additional District Judge, Sarangarh, Raigarh C.G. in Civil Appeal No. 03A/2014 (Savitri Bai Vs. Sitaram & Ors.) reversing the judgment and decree dated 20.12.2013 passed in Civil Suit No. 03A/2012 by the Trial Court whereby dismissed the suit being barred by limitation. 2. In view of the aforesaid compromise entered into between the 4 parties, before the Mediation Centre and as the Court is satisfied that the same has been executed voluntarily and without any coercion or undue influence, the present Second Appeal stands disposed of in terms of the mediation report dated 23.02.2026. The mediation report shall form part of the decree. 5. Consequently, a decree be drawn in terms of the mediation report dated 23.02.2026.
