The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Katras (East Basuria) P.S. Case No.279 of 2025, registered for the offence under Section 310(2) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement of the apprehended co-accused and recovery of article has also been made from the possession of the said person, who have been arrested and in the order of the learned Sessions Judge, it has come that the co-accused have got criminal antecedent. He next submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 9 of this application. He also submits that the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in A.B.A. No.7387 of 2025. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement. 5. Considering that the name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the ( 2026:JHHC:502 ) -2- A.B.A. No. 7533 of 2025 petitioner and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 9 of this application and in identical situation, co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in A.B.A. No.7387 of 2025 and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad, in connection with Katras (East Basuria) P.S.
