Perused the case diary. The prosecution case is that the villagers were aggrieved with certain persons doing hunting in the nearby area. They assaulted them leading to death of one of the victims. As per the statements of independent witnesses, the names of the petitioners appear as some of the assailants. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
