Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General submits that the mandate contained in the judgment has been complied with and the petitioners have been allowed higher pay scale of Rs.41600/-, after completion of three years of service, subject to final outcome of LPA filed in CWP No. 4830 of 2023, titled Inder Singh’s case and any other legal remedies. The DDOs concerned have been directed to fix the pay of the petitioners and release the arrears. 2. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 14.08.2025 passed in CWP No. 13121 of 2025, titled, Archana Sood and Others versus State of Himachal 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? ( 2026:HHC:31914 ) 2 Pradesh and Others, has duly been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioner within eight weeks from today, they shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 3.
