Subsequent to the earlier order of rejection police filed charge sheet. 5. There is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the order of rejection, in favour of the petitioner. 6. Petitioner is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985. 7. Consequently, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. 8. CRM(NDPS)/13/2026 is dismissed.
