The matter is still sub judice before the learned Single Judge. 3. The petitioner, appearing in person, submits that his services have been terminated by the order which is the subject matter before the learned Single Judge in WPS No. 303/2026, and states that no interim order has been passed therein. 4. In view of the above, we deem it proper to request the learned Single Judge to dispose of the said writ petition expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of its listing. 5.
