This Court by order dated 12th January, 2026 while disposing of the ABLAPL directed release of the petitioner on bail in the event of arrest by the Arresting Officer. Today, it is informed to the Court that by the time the ABLAPL was disposed of, chargesheet had already been filed i.e. on 27th December, 2025, hence, therefore, the order dated 12th January, 2026 therein is required to be modified. 4. Recorded the submission of Mr. Panda, learned ASC for the State. 5. This Court is inclined to modify the order in ABLAPL for the reason that the chargesheet was filed prior to 12th January, 2026. 6. I.A. is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Phulbani in connection with Phulbani Sadar P.S. Case No.250 of 2025 corresponding to C.T. Case No.1229 of 2025 within a fortnight from today for being released on bail on furnishing a bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) with one solvent surety for the like amount with other conditions imposed. 7.
