1. Applicant seeks regular bail in case arising out of FIR No.574/2025 dated 02.11.2025, registered at P.S. Govind Puri, for commission of offences under Sections 109(1)/3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 (corresponding Sections 307/34 IPC) and Sections 25/27 of Arms Act, 1959.
2. However, at the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the present application. He, however, seeks liberty to file it afresh, once injured-Raj Kumar is examined by the prosecution. He, however, prays that This is a digitally signed order.
