Heard Mr. Harsh Verma, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Ms. Sameeksha Gupta, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the respondent / State. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant has preferred this petition for modification of the order dated 13.11.2025 passed by this Court in MCRC No.8187 of 2025 (Ashok Kumar Saha vs. State of C.G.) stating that this Court has directed to grant bail to the applicant furnishing a personal bond with two Local sureties, as has been mentioned in para 7 of the order. He further submits that so far as VAISHALI LUCKY NAGARIA Digitally signed by VAISHALI LUCKY NAGARIA Date: 2026.02.28 10:27:47 +0530 2 two sureties are concerned, the applicant has no sureties in the State of Chhattisgarh as he is a resident of State of Kolkata, due to which, he could not be released on bail even though he has been granted bail by this Court on 13.11.2025. Hence, he prays to grant him bail on furnishing a personal bond. 3. In view of the above, the “ a personal bond with two local sureties” mentioned in para 7 of the order dated 13.11.2025 in MCRC No.8187 of 2025 is modified to the extent of “a personal bond with two sureties (including one heavy surety being a family member of the applicant)”. 4. Accordingly, the present CRMP is allowed. 5. The order dated 13.11.2025 passed by this Court be modified as mentioned above. 6. A copy of this order be placed in the record of MCRC No.8187 of 2025.
