1. The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the gradation list (Annexure P-1), whereby the petitioners been wrongly placed at the seniority. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to revision of the seniority list to ensure that direct appointees of 2013 are placed above those promoted in 2015 with all consequential benefits.
3 10.3 That the Hon’ble Court may grant service weightage in the form of annual increments for the period of service exceeding two years prior to the date of absorption, thereby ensuring that the pay structure is commensurate with the total years of dedicated service. 10.4 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief as it may deems fit and appropriate.”

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as the petitioners have already submitted representation for redressal of their grievance as raised in this writ petition before the Respondent No. 3 vide Annexure P-6 dated 14.01.2025, therefore, direction be issued to the Respondent No. 3 to take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioners at the earliest within specified time.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the counsel for petitioners, he is having no objection.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record.
5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the claim of petitioners, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 3 to take decision on the pending representation vide Annexure P-6 dated 14.01.2025 in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of Order.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands
