The present writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent no.1/Delhi Jal Board (‘DJB’), to clean, de-clog and repair the sewage pipeline in the Vasundhra Enclave area (‘subject area’). 2. The petitioner is a resident of Flat No.511, Gobind Apartment, Delhi Punjabi Co-Operative Group Housing Society Ltd., Vasundhara Enclave, Delhi-110096. As per the status report, remedial action has been taken on behalf of DJB and as on date, the sewerage line of Vasundhra Enclave is running smoothly and efficiently. Photographs have been filed along with the status report which shows that as on date, there is no overflowing sewerage waste in the subject area. 5.
