It appears that grounds of arrest have been communicated to both the petitioners in the vernacular language. Contraband article of commercial quantity has been recovered from a vehicle in which the petitioners were found. 2 In view of the statutory restriction laid down under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.
