The present petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the judgment dated 17th March, 2025, passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P. (C) 6460/2019, wherein, it was directed as follows: “xxx xxx xxx 14. Accordingly, the Impugned Order dated 26.09.2018 passed by the learned Tribunal is set aside. The respondents are directed to consider the claim of the petitioner for grant of the family pension in accordance with all applicable rules, and to pass an appropriate order thereon within a period of eight weeks from today. In case the petitioner is found entitled to the grant of the family pension, the arrears thereof be released with effect from the date on which the This is a digitally signed order. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the respondents are in the process of complying with the said judgment. He seeks further time of eight weeks in that regard. 4. The aforesaid statement made by learned counsel appearing for the respondents is taken note of. The respondents are held bound by the same. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents further submits that, in case any documents are required, the same are to be provided by the petitioner. 6. Needless to state, in case any documents are required, the respondents are at liberty to ask for the same from the petitioner, who shall provide the same. 7. Accordingly, in case, the aforesaid timeline is not adhered to by the respondents, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the present petition. 8.
