During course of arguments, learned counsel for respondents-State submits that petitioner was served with second notice on 26.02.2026 by the disciplinary authority seeking reply on the enquiry report granting 10 days’ time. 2. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that in view of submission made by learned counsel for respondents, he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to raise all the grounds as raised in PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 2 this writ petition in the reply to the notice issued by the disciplinary authority and further direction be issued to the concerned authority to consider the reply to be submitted by petitioner while passing the order. 3. In view of above submission of the learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit reply to the notice issued to the disciplinary authority on the enquiry report and in the event petitioner submits reply to the notice, disciplinary authority shall consider the reply to be submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, while passing the order on the enquiry report submitted by the enquiry officer. 4.
