The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Giridih (Mahila) P.S. Case No.23 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 85, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 126(2) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 3/4 of D.P. Act pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be husband and he is earning his livelihood by way of doing labour work out of the State. He further submits that there are general and omnibus allegation against all the family members for demand of chain and motorcycle. Learned counsel appearing for the State and Informant jointly opposed the prayer and submits that allegation of demand of dowry are there and in view of that anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. In the FIR itself it has been stated that the petitioner is residing out of the State and in the FIR there are general and omnibus allegation of demand of chain and motorcycle and it has been pointed out that the petitioner is a labourer and earns his livelihood by way of doing the labour work. In the attending facts and circumstances of this case, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih in connection with Giridih (Mahila) P.S.
