The learned Special Judge (NIA/Scheduled Crime), Bastar Place, Jagdalpur, District Bastar (C.G.) vide request letter dated 29.12.2025 has requested for grant of additional time for concluding the trial as for disposal of the present case as in the present case, 17 witnesses have already been examined. Furthermore, the examination/cross- examination, of the remaining witnesses are yet to be done. Hence, the conclusion of the trial may take some more time. 4. The request so made appears to be reasonable. Accordingly, the concerned trial Court is granted liberty and directed to conclude the trial at the earliest, preferably within a further period of six months from today. 5. With the aforesaid direction, the present CRMP stands disposed off. 6. Registry is directed to forthwith transmit a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for information and necessary compliance.
