This petition is filed by the wife for transfer of M.C.No.551/2025 filed by the husband for dissolution of marriage, pending on the file of the VI Additional Family Court Judge, Bengaluru to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Hassan. Her marriage was performed with the respondent in the year 2014. She is not working and she has no issues. She has filed criminal complaint against her husband in Crl. Misc.Nos.301/2023 and 937/2024 before the Hassan Court. She has also filed Crl. Misc.No.110/2019 for maintenance and interim maintenance of Rs.10,000/- p.m. was granted but he has not paid any amount till today. The distance between Bengaluru to Hassan is about 180 kms. Therefore, this Court finds it reasonable to transfer M.C.No.551/2025 filed by the husband for dissolution of marriage, pending on the file of the VI Additional Family Court Judge, Bengaluru to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Hassan. 4.
