GP MUNCIPAL ADMN AND URBAN DEV AP 3 The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent Nos.1, 3, 5 & 6. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the 3rd respondent in not disposing of the representation of the petitioner dated 21.02.2026 in the matter of mutation of the name of the petitioner while regularizing the revenue records and other departmental records by perusing the petitioner’s vendor’s name. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 6th respondent dated 10.03.2026 submits that the request of the petitioner for mutation was not considered and endorsement was issued by the office of the 6th respondent in reference No.B/12/2026, dated 07.03.2026 informing that mutation of the said land is not possible. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances and recording the said instructions of the 6th respondent dated 10.03.2026, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved of the endorsement issued by the 6th respondent dated 07.03.2026, liberty is given to assail the same if so warranted and if so advised in accordance with law. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. The written instructions of the 6th respondent dated 10.03.2026 shall be made as 4 part of the court record. Interim order, if any, deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
