This bail application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of BNSS in connection with FIR No.177/2024 registered at Police Station Keshoraipatan, District Bundi for the offences punishable under Section 302, 307, 323, 341 & 34 IPC. 2. Heard and considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the accused petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and also perused the challan papers. 3. On perusal of the contents of the FIR, it is revealed that the accused petitioner has inflicted injury to the deceased as well as the injured complainant Arvind. The cause of death of the deceased Aman is 4. In the statements of Arvind recorded u/S 164 CrPC, he made specific allegations against the present accused petitioner by inflicting injury to deceased Aman by the knife. Taking into consideration the overall facts, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the accused petitioner on bail. 5. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
