Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed this petition for quashing the order No. 76-SHS of 2026 dated 11.07.2026 to the extent it rescinds Order No. 260 of 2025 dated 29.12.2025 relating to the petitioner and for commanding respondent to permit the petitioner to continue at HWC/AAM (Health and Wellness Centre/Ayushman Arogya Mandir) Sattani, Block Chenani. 2. A specific query was posed to the learned counsel for the petitioner as to whether the petitioner has approached the respondent for redressal of her grievance that order impugned dated 11.07.2026 is in contravention of the Human Resource Guidelines framed by the National Health Mission (NHM) for posting and transfer of employees. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has very fairly submitted that the petitioner did not move any representation before the respondent. He further submits that let the present petition be treated as representation Serial No. 143 2 WP(C) No. 2124/2026 and the respondent be directed to consider the same in accordance with law/rules governing the field. 4. Issue notice to the respondent. 5. Ms. Saliqa Sheikh, Advocate waives notice on behalf of the respondent. 6. Mr. Raman Sharma, learned AAG submits that he has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 7. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of, along with the connected application, by directing the respondent to treat the instant writ petition preferred by the petitioner as representation and decide the same in accordance with law/rules governing the field, as expeditiously as possible. 8. The petitioner shall serve a certified copy of this order along with the copy of the writ petition upon the respondent within a period of seven days from today and till the representation is decided by the respondent, status of the petitioner, as it exists today, shall not be disturbed. 9.
