Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in light of the fact that the petitioner has already completed his normal tenure at the present place of posting and he is aggrieved by the fact that he again stands transferred to a difficult sub-cadre area, therefore, interest of justice would be served in case the representation preferred by the petitioner be decided by the Authority within some reasonable time. 3.
