1. Having heard learned Counsel for the parties, Mr. S.K. Singh,
learned Counsel for the respondent is agreeable to this writ petition being disposed of by clarifying para 8 of the impugned judgment dated 17 December 2024 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal1 in OA 2078/2024 to the effect that the applicant would be entitled to the benefit of one notional increment from 1 May 2023 in view of the clarifications given by the Supreme Court in KPTCL v.
