The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mohanpur P.S. Case No. 184 of 2025, registered under sections 281, 105, 103(1), 109 (1), 3(5) of the BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M, Deoghar. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits petitioner is the owner of the bus and the said bus while coming from Deoghar to Basukinath has met with an accident due to which five persons including the mother of the informant have died. He next submits that the vehicle was being driven by the driver. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that petitioner is the owner of the bus which met with an accident. 5. Considering that petitioner is the owner of the bus which met with an accident due to which five persons have died and the said bus was being driven by the driver. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within ( 2026:JHHC:18624 ) three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Deoghar, in connection with Mohanpur P.S.
