Mr. Jai Ram Sharma, for the applicant/ respondent. CMP No.18935 of 2026 The present application under Section 151 CPC has been filed by the applicants for deleting the name of respondent-Harbhajan Singh, by substituting his legal heirs as respondents. As per the applicants, respondent-Harbhajan Singh had died on 24.12.2024 and has left behind his legal representatives as mentioned in para-2 of the application. Hence, it is prayed that name of the deceased respondent may be deleted and substituted by his legal representatives. The application is duly supported with an affidavit of one of the applicants, namely, Ghanshyam Pathania as well as death certificate and Legal Heirs Certificate, Annexures A-1 & A-2. Heard. Having regard to the averments made in the application, the same is allowed and deceased respondent- Harbhajan Singh is ordered to be substituted by his legal representatives, mentioned in para-2 of the application, subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed of. CMP No.18937 of 2026 Learned Deputy Advocate General prays for and is granted two weeks’ time to seek instructions in the matter. List thereafter.
