1. By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
“a) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing Respondent No.1 to immediately register an FIR on the complaints submitted by the Petitioner dated 20.07.2024 and 23.06.2026 against Respondent No. 4 to 6 in accordance with law;
b) Direct the Respondents No. 1 to provide immediate police protection to the Petitioner and his property at A-147, Dayanand Colony, Lajpat Nagar-IV, New Delhi;

c) Direct the Respondent No.1 to ensure that Respondent No. 4 to 9 and their goon associates do not interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property of the Petitioner;
d) Direct the Respondent No 2 to ensure that the Easementary Rights in relation to property bearing no. A- 147, Ground Floor, Dayanand Colony, Lajpat Nagar-IV, New Delhi of the Petitioner are protected from the Respondent No. 4 to 9;”
2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law, if as and when required.
3. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
