It has been alleged that two extremists were apprehended by the police and arms and ammunitions were recovered on the disclosure of one Prasid Pahariya. It appears that the petitioner has been implicated on the confession of the apprehended accused persons and the petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2025. Regard being had to the manner of implication, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Palamau in connection with Hussainabad P.S.
