Learned counsel representing the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner wishes to file an appeal, however, the period prescribed for filing the appeal has since lapsed, as late Sh. Sunil Sachdeva, who held 95% of the shareholding, passed away in the year 2025 after battling cancer. 2. In substance, the Petitioner seeks condonation of the delay in filing the appeals proposed to be preferred by the Petitioner. 3. In these circumstances, the present Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the Petitioner to file the appeals along with applications seeking condonation of delay. The said applications shall be considered by the Appellate Authority pragmatically and in accordance with law. All pending applications also stand closed. 4.
