The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ramgarh P. S. Case No.11 of 2026, registered for the offence under Section 310 (2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and the case is pending in the court of learned CJM, Ramgarh. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR and name of the petitioner has come only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. 4. He also submits that the co-accused in the identical situation has been provided privilege of anticipatory bail vide ABA No.2754 of 2026. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that name of the petitioner has come up on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. 6. Considering that the name of the petitioner has come up on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused and the co- accused in the identical situation has been provided privilege of anticipatory bail, I am inclined to provide privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 7. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order before the learned Trial Court and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with 2026:JHHC:18591 2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Ramgarh, in connection with Ramgarh P. S. Case No.11 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Sandeep/ Uploaded/
