The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the prayer for bail of atleast the petitioner No.2, who is a student may be considered at this stge. I have gone through the records. Going by the nature of evidence and the progress of the trial and the number of witnesses, who remain to be examined, this Court does not find it a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stge.
