Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the State. 2. Pursuant to the order dated 23.06.2026, Mr. Binod Ram, Head Clerk, Legal Section, D.C.Office, Latehar is physically present before this Court along with the records. 3. The applicant, who is in custody since 08.06.2021, has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T. Case No.120 of 2022, arising out of Balumath P.S. Case No.208 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. Case No.17 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act and Sections 17(i)(ii) of the C.L.A Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Latehar. 4. The prayer for bail of the applicant was earlier rejected by this Court, vide order dated 30.08.2022, passed in B.A. No.8683 of 2022. 5. From perusal of the records and the report, it appears that the prosecution evidence is complete. 6. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the applicant is hereby, rejected once again. 7. However, the learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible as the applicant is behind the bar for such a long period. (Rajesh Kumar, J.)
