Mr.T.Amjad Khan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents 1,3 & 4. Mr.N.Dilip Kumar, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the second respondent. 3.By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1, 3, and 4, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner’s 2/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P(MD)No.8834 of 2026 representation has already been considered by the third respondent. The petitioner is now seeking rectification of errors in the extent and remarks columns of the TSLR, based on the proceedings issued by the third respondent in O.Mu.No. E.3859922/2025/B dated 30.10.2025. The third respondent has already transferred the file to the fourth respondent, who is the competent authority to consider the said issue. 5. The learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that the land in Survey Nos. TS 104 and 105/1, in Block No. 115, belongs to the petitioner. He has also circulated a letter issued by the second respondent to the third respondent.
