Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there was a relationship between the petitioner and the victim girl, consequent to which they fled away. As consensual relationship between the petitioner and the victim is established and charge-sheet has been submitted, learned advocate for the petitioner prays for anticipatory bail on any stringent condition. Learned advocate appearing for the State has produced the case diary and drawn the attention of the 2 Court to the statement of the victim as well as the medical examination of the victim. I have considered the report of the medical officer of SD Hospital, Dinhata, Cooch Behar and on assessment of the same, I am of the view that this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. As such, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 906 of 2025, is, thus, dismissed. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
