Learned counsel for the revision petitioner has filed memo which reads as under:
“The petitioner above named most respectfully submits that, the petitioner willing to settle the matter, hence she has filed this memo and undertakes to pay the amount of Rs.4,00,000/-, the petitioner has paid the amount of Rs.1,02,000/- before the Trial Court and Rs.95,000/- deposited before the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka on 02.04.2026, in total Rs.1,97,000/- she has deposited, the petitioner has to pay remaining amount of Rs.2,03,000/- within three month, she under takes to pay the remaining amount 1. Rs.70,000/- on 29/04/2026, 2. Rs.70,000/- on 29.05.2026 and 3. Rs.63,000/- on 30/06/2026. By allowing this memo in the interest of justice.”

2. None appears for the respondent.
3. Placing the memo on record, revision petition stands disposed of.
4. Amount in deposit is ordered to be withdrawn by the complainant under due identification.
5. It is made clear that if the balance compensation amount as agreed in the memo is not paid, petitioner shall undergo imprisonment as ordered by the learned Trial Magistrate, confirmed by the First Appellate Court.
