After arguing for a while, when this Court was about to dismiss the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a week’s time be granted to the petitioner to approach the learned Additional Special Mobile Magistrate, Doda (for short the ‘Trial Court’) for cancellation of non-bailable warrants issued against the petitioner in terms of order dated 13.07.2026 and till then the non-bailable warrants may be not executed. 2. In view of above, the present petition is disposed of, along with the connected application, with direction to the petitioner to approach the learned trial court for cancellation of non-bailable warrants issued against him in terms of order dated 13.07.2026, within a period of seven days from today. It is further provided that in the event, the petitioner fails to appear before the learned trial court within the period mentioned above, this order shall cease to be in operation. 3. Disposed of.
