The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Katkamsandi P.S. Case No. 56 of 2025, registered under sections 316(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 308(2) of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Hazaribagh. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and altercation took place when the informant went to take possession of the flat, the possession of the said flat was provided to another person by the developer. He next submits that the person who was in possession of the said flat that person has been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge. He next submits that allegation of doing all mischiefs is against Md. Ahshan Faridi. He further submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 11 of the petition. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsels for the State and informant jointly oppose the prayer and submit that the petitioner was present at the spot. 5. In the F.I.R main allegation is against Md. Ahshan Faridi of ( 2026:JHHC:18639 ) doing all mischiefs and it has been pointed out that the person who was in possession of the flat, has already been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge. The only allegation against the petitioner is that he was present at the spot. Further the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 11 of the petition. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Hazaribagh, in connection with Katkamsandi P.S. Case No. 56 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. Dt.25.06.2026 ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
