The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jirwabari PS Case No.192 of 2025, for offence registered under section 319(2), 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2) of BNS, 2023 and Section 66(C ), 66(D) of Information Technology Act, pending in court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and the name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement. He next submits that the allegation of making false Aadhar Card is there against the other co-accused persons. He next submits that even the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.9 of the petition. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted.
4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the

name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement and in view of that he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected.

Considering that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and the name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement. Although, the allegations are there of making false Aadhar Card and that allegations are there against the apprehended co-accused persons, and in the facts and circumstances of the present case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj, in connection with Jirwabari PS Case No.192 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
