Instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred by the petitioner seeking following reliefs :- 10.1 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records for the kind perusal of this Hon’ble Court. 10.2 The Hon’ble Court may further kindly be pleased to issue a direction to the respondent to decide the representation made by the petitioner by dated 13.1.2022 Annexure P-1, in the interest of justice. 10.3 Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit 2 and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is registered owner of the land bearing Khasra No. 869, total area 0.878 hectare situated at Nagar Panchayat Kharora, Distt. Raipur (C.G.). He further submits that on some portion of the aforesaid land of petitioner, concrete Road has been constructed by respondent No. 3 - Nagar Panchayat, Kharora to connect Govt. School to main road. He further submits that earlier Nagar Panchayat, Kharora has passed resolution to give land to similar area of government land, adjacent to the land of the petitioner, but the same has not been given to the petitioner yet, hence, he has filed application (Annexure A-1) before the Collector, Raipur on 13.01.2022 but the same has not been decided yet, therefore, he submits that this petition may be disposed of directing respondent No. 2/Collector to decide the aforesaid application filed by the petitioner within specific frame. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents No. 1 & 2/State submits that the application filed by the petitioner is under consideration and the same shall be decided after due enquiry in accordance with law. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Having considered the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, this petition stands disposed of directing respondent No. 2 – Collector, Raipur to decide application (Annexure P-1) dated 13.01.2022 filed by the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt / submission of copy of this order. 6. With the aforesaid observations & directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 7. Pending interlocutory application (S), if any, stand(s) disposed of.
