I have considered the material on record. The petitioner is the husband of the victim who was murdered. The victim was residing with the petitioner in the house where she was found murdered. The petitioner owes an explanation under Section 109 of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam with regard to the circumstances leading to the said incident. The offending weapon has been recovered at the instance of the petitioner. Charge sheet has been submitted. Trial is yet to commence. Considering the nature and gravity of the offence, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage. CRM (M) 9 of 2026 is disposed of. 2 Case Diary be returned.
