Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for respondent No.4 has produced a copy of Pension Payment Order-cum- Commutation Payment Order, which is taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid order reveals that the date of authorization of pension is mentioned as 10.07.2026 and further the date of starting of pension is w.e.f. 01.01.2018. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 dated 04.12.2025, in CWP No.19071 of 2025, titled, Bhag Chand vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors., has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears of pension are not released in favour of the petitioner, within twelve weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in aforementioned judgment, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
