3.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that false allegation is made of putting the house on fire and also taking away some of the articles. He further submits that the said allegation is of 10.08.2025 wherein the FIR has been lodged on
14.09.2025. He then submits that if such an incident has taken place even if the informant has not lodged the FIR, it would have been in the domain of the administration as the allegation of fire is there. He next submits that so far petitioner Nos.1 to 4 are concerned, they are having no criminal antecedent, however, petitioner No.5 is having one criminal antecedent. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted.
4.
Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that serious allegations are there.
5. Considering that the said allegation is of 10.08.2025 wherein the FIR has been lodged on 14.09.2025 and further there is no explanation of belatedly lodging of FIR and prima facie submission of learned counsel appearing for the petitioners is having force. In the attending facts and circumstances of this case, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks
