Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State and learned counsel for the respondent No.1. 3. The petitioner and respondent No.1 are present and submitted that they have compromised the matter amicably. 4. The respondent No.1 is permitted to compromise the matter with the petitioner under Section 320(6) of Criminal Procedure Code (for short ‘the Cr.P.C.’), read with Section 147 of Negotiable Instruments Act. 5. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Revision Case is allowed in terms of compromise, subject to the payment of an amount of Rs.20,000/- towards costs to the Andhra Pradesh State Legal Services Authority by the petitioner/accused. The Member Secretary is directed to spend this amount for the welfare of the children in the Government Home to provide any amenity or purchase clothes or books or any other things to attend their needs. The 4 Complainant is entitled to receive Rs.5,000/-, which was deposited before the Trial Court as fine towards her compensation. 6. Accordingly, the Judgment, dated 28.03.2019 passed in Crl.A.No.178 of 2017 on the file of the learned VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, Krishna District, confirming the Judgment passed by the learned First Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada dated 27.06.2017 in C.C.No.475 of 2016 is set aside subject to payments of costs of Rs.20,000/- to A.P.S.L.S.A.
