The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.186 of 2016, registered for the offence under Section 33 of the Indian Forest Act and the case is pending in the court of learned SDJM, Chatra. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that false allegations have been levelled against the petitioners. He further submits that petitioners have nothing to do with loading of 35 pieces of Simal log in the tractor at Hesatu Forest area. As such, petitioners may be granted privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that local people have taken name of the petitioners in the alleged offence, as such, anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. Allegations are there of loading of 35 pieces of Simal log in the tractor at Hesatu Forest area and the said allegation is having the environmental effect and the local people have taken name of the petitioners in the alleged offence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.
